Museum of Archaeology. Presents a museological discourse relating to the conduct of the historical process in the municipality of Albufeira and in neighboring counties, from prehistoric times, finishing in sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, through five major themes: Prehistory, Roman Period, Period Visigothic and Islamic, and Modern Age.

With spoils found during archaeological surveys conducted in the county, as well as by testimony from public and private collections, through the signing of protocols or simply deposits offers.
